1. Introductory provisions

These terms and conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations between ModeLab s. r. o. and its customers in the provision of services in the field of CNC machining, small-batch production and the manufacture of electronics and drones. The terms apply to all orders and contracts carried out on the basis of mutual agreement, a price quotation or a written order.

2. Price quotation and order

A contractual relationship arises on the basis of an individual price quotation prepared by ModeLab from the materials provided by the customer (drawings, specification) and its subsequent written confirmation by the customer (by e-mail or another provable means). The price, delivery date and payment terms are agreed individually for each order.

3. Delivery terms

The delivery date is determined individually in the price quotation or order and depends on the scope and complexity of the order. ModeLab reserves the right to reasonably extend the delivery period in the event of circumstances beyond its control (for example the availability of material or components from suppliers).

4. Payment terms

Payment is made on the basis of an issued invoice with the due date agreed in the price quotation or order, or by an advance payment agreed in advance with the customer.

5. Liability for defects and complaints

ModeLab is responsible for ensuring that the delivered goods or product conform to the agreed specification. The customer must submit any complaints in writing (by e-mail) without undue delay after discovering the defect, together with a description of the defect and documents proving its existence.

6. Protection of personal data

The processing of customers' personal data is governed by the separate Privacy Policy document available on this website.

7. Final provisions

These terms and conditions are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. ModeLab reserves the right to amend these terms to a reasonable extent; the current version is always available on this page.
